Step 1 - Open Feedback Surveys

Navigate to Service, then Feedback Surveys. You'll see your active surveys and their responses. Feedback survey summaries work on top of your existing survey data, so you don't need to create anything new to start getting AI analysis.

Step 2 - Generate a Summary

Select a survey with responses and click "Generate an AI summary." The tool analyzes all responses and identifies key themes, recurring complaints, feature requests, and positive feedback patterns. You get a structured overview instead of reading hundreds of individual responses.

Step 3 - Review Themes and Trends

Review the identified themes to understand what your customers care about most. Look for patterns like recurring product issues, common feature requests, or service gaps. Use these themes to prioritize your team's focus areas and inform product feedback.
