Get Started With Prospecting Agent

Set up your first Prospecting Agent in 15 minutes or less. Here’s how.

Step 1 - Create a Selling Profile

Navigate to Sales, then Prospecting Agent, and click "Agent setup" in the top right. Then click "Create new selling profile." Name your profile and add a description of who you're selling to and what you're selling. Add your company's URL, and then click "Analyze website" to fill in details about your product, value proposition, and pain points.

Step 2 - Configure Agent Identity

Set whether emails are sent from the contact owner or a single user. This determines how your agent communicates with prospects on your behalf and who responses should go to.

Step 3 - Set Call to Action

Choose whether the agent should request contacts book a meeting, attach supporting documents, or include links to resources. This guides prospects toward the next step you want them to take.

Step 4 - Choose Outreach Options

Decide how the agent will send and review outreach emails. You can also control when, how often, and in what tone emails are sent. Choose from preset options, or use your brand voice.

Step 5 - Enroll Contacts

Navigate to your contacts or companies, select the ones you want to reach, and click "Enroll to agent." The agent immediately starts researching and drafting personalized outreach for each prospect. If you chose "Review before sending" in Step 4, you'll be able to review drafts before anything is sent.
