Get Started with Customer Handoff Agent

Build your first customer handoff document in minutes. 

Step 1 - Install from Breeze Marketplace

Navigate to Breeze, then Breeze Marketplace. Search for Customer Handoff Agent and click "Add." Once added, click "Open" to access the agent. 

Step 2 - Configure the Agent

In the upper right, click "Configure." Connect the agent to the deal record or account you want to hand off. Optionally add knowledge sources to give the agent additional context about your business, such as your onboarding process or service commitments.

Step 3 - Generate the Customer Handoff Document

Select the deal or account you're handing off and run the agent. It compiles recent communications, deal status, open tickets, public company news, and main contacts into a structured handoff document. Review the output to confirm accuracy before sharing. 

Step 4 - Share with the Service Team

Send the completed handoff document to the assigned CSM or onboarding team. Export it as a PDF or copy a direct link to share. The service team starts the relationship with full context on who the customer is, what was promised, and what matters most to them.
