Get Started with Closing Agent

Give your buyers instant answers, and close deals faster.

Step 1 - Create the Closing Agent

In your HubSpot account, go to Breeze, then Marketplace. Search for Closing Agent, then click it. Click Add Agent, then Create Agent. 

Step 2 - Set Up the Closing Agent

In the Agent name field, enter a name for the agent. This name will appear in the live chat window. Click Next. Select the handoff inbox where users go if the agent can't answer their question.

Step 3 - Add Knowledge Sources and Supporting Files

Knowledge sources give your agent the information it needs to respond to users. Click Add files or Add public URL to upload supporting documents like product specs, comparison sheets, case studies, and terms of service. 

Step 4 - Activate Closing Agent

Once the agent is created, activate it for use on quotes. In your HubSpot account, go to Commerce, then Closing Agent. Click Activate agent. 

Step 5 - Deploy and Monitor

Activate Closing Agent on your buyer-facing channels. Monitor its responses to verify accuracy and adjust your source files as pricing or terms change.
